Company cancellation-expedited cancelation procedures 

1. The company has no business activities, no creditor’s rights or debts, or the creditor’s rights and debts are cleared;
2. The company has no unusual business operation or administrative punishment records;
3. In the case of simple cancelation procedures, no liquidation committee will be organized and no liquidation report needs to be submitted.

Company cancellation- normal cancelation procedures 

1.  Have the liquidation committee filed (market supervision and administration bureau)
2. Tax clearance (zero balance of the balance sheet, refer to <Service items>business consulting>liquidation or cancelation>
3.  Cancel all the remaining invoices, cancel the tax card and pay the tax
4.  Taxation cancelation
5.  Deregistration at the industry and commerce administration
6.  Cancel the bank accounts
7.  Other cancellation, for example, cancel the social insurance account and public reserve account, filing of foreign trade, customs registration, foreign exchange, E-port and inspection and quarantine etc.
